We offer $5 Flat Rate Shipping anywhere in the USA or Free Local pickup (Jackson, NJ).

For International shipping, alternate shipping methods or rush orders, feel free to Contact Us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed via postal service.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not you may return full priced items for a refund.

Returned items should include all the tags and be in the exact same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used, damaged and worn items CANNOT be returned.

 We accept returns for refund on items in new and unused conditions that are received back by Head Turner Accessories within 5 days from when you received the package, which will be verified through our tracking system.  After 5 days, the sale becomes FINAL!

Please email us if you have any challenges with getting it back to us within 5 days.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you received free shipping and your return brings the total of your purchase below $59, a shipping charge of $5.00 will be deducted from your return. 

When returning an item by mail, click HERE.  it is advisable to return your items using an insured, traceable method to guarantee a safe delivery. We do not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost

 Any order that a customer decides to cancel prior to shipping will result in a $5.75 fee.

Please Note: There are no returns on items bought before Yom Tov, after Yom Tov! 

If there was a mistake on our end, we would like to make things right. Please Contact Us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. 

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM(S)

To request a return, please email us with your order number and which item(s) you will be returning. Please wait for our reply email on how to proceed with your return. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a reply.

Return shipping costs are solely at the customer's expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to show on your credit card statement.

If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with the above rules, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
